Having lived in Southwest Florida for over 20 years, we know how many people live in the area part time, and get to enjoy summers up North and winters in Florida.  There are so many homes that are vacant for much of the year, and those homeowners need someone on their side to help make sure their homes are safe and well taken care of while they are not in the area.  SWFL Homewatch Professionals wants to be the company that people know and trust to help take care of their property and deliver them peace of mind so they can enjoy the summer.  

  Criteria for membership in  the NHWA

All owners must go through criminal background checks

Must have General  and Professional Liability Insurance

Must be bonded to help cover certain losses

All consumer complaints are checked out and vetted

Website and advertising content that is honest and ethical

A commitment to adhere to the NHWA’s Code of Ethics

A commitment to follow the NHWA’s Mission Statement  

My first career as a PGA Golf Professional taught me the value of great customer service, the value of good planning and attention to detail, and also how satisfying it is to make a  positive impact in the lives of others.   Jenna has had a long, successful career as a teacher where she realized her passion was to help others and build relationships.  

Now that our own kids are off to college, we are able to combine our time and efforts to build SWFL Homewatch Professionals into the most trusted home watch service in the area.

Helping and serving others has been part of my life since becoming a PGA Golf Professional straight out of college. As a real estate agent since 2018, I have been able to help others buy and sell their homes for several years.  

If you currently have a relationship with a real estate agent, we certainly don't want to disrupt that, but if you are looking for help to sell or buy a home, please contact us and we would be thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you.

What started as a fun hobby has become  SWFL Drone Professionals. We are available for any type of drone video or photos you may have interest in.  Real estate, business promotion and marketing, family gatherings, etc... are all great ways to utilize drone photography and video.  

For our clients with an annual agreement, we use our drone services to check for storm damage after hurricanes and those big summer thunderstorms.
